Chiyoda Library (千代田図書館）

If you are living in center of Tokyo, it's really hard to find casual study space.

Most of library in Tokyo 23 words, are basically too small to put even desk...


But "Chiyoda Library" in Kudan-shita has just fulfilled the demand.

It has about 100 desks & seats for study (with LAN), and opens till 10pm on weekday!

Location is also good - about less than 5 minutes from Kudan-shita subway station, plus it's on the 9th floor with good view.

There are really many people studying, you are surely able to concentrate with them in this space.

■Open Hours:
10:00 AM - 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Saturdays
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Sundays, national holidays, and from the 29th until the 31st of December.

■Closed: the fourth Sunday of each month, during inventory period (once a year), and New Year Holidays (from the 1st until the 3rd of January).

東京都内で自宅以外で勉強する自習スペースを見つけるのは結構難しい。

都内の図書館はスペースの問題で机を置いていない・もしくは申し訳程度に置いているだけのところがほとんどだから、家の外で勉強しようと思ったら大学に入れる人でもない限りスタバやエクセルシオールなんかのカフェしかなくなっちゃうのです。


「千代田図書館」はそんな不便を解消してくれる唯一の図書館。

100席位の自習スペースがあって、しかも平日は10時までやっている！

ＰＣブースやキャレルデスク（広めの個人スペース）があるのも嬉しい。

そして去年出来たばかりで綺麗なので、会社帰りの社会人や主婦さん達でいつもいっぱい。

アクセスもいいし9階で眺めもいいし、頼れる図書館です。
